Bring us your domestic or game carcass to us for custom cut, grind and wrap.

After Honest Cut Meats has scheduled a kill and process date with you, the owner of the beef, it is up you, the owner, to coordinate and communicate with your customers if these animals are going to multiple people, not me. If their check is not good, I will expect you to make it right.

Custom Choice Cut Pricing – Whole/Half

Please be aware that we have a $720 minimum fee for animals weighing less than 600 pounds.
***Meat must be picked up within 3 days of notification, or a $10/day fee will be added***

Whole Beef: $500.00 Down Payment required
One Half Beef: $250.00 Down Payment required  
All Down Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE

Disposal Fee: $.10/lb 
Slaughter Fee – per animal: Whole: $170 (+Tx) 
Slaughter Fee – per animal: Half: $85 (+Tx)
