is a specialty and smoked meat purveyor, developing an artisan touch to old world craft meats.

For 25 years, Scott has been perfecting smoked summer sausage, then one day his family said; “STOP! Don’t change a thing, that’s perfect!”.

Because of that, we now have a fabrication room, cooler, and two commercial freezers in our processing plant. Along with that, all the permits, licenses, and infrastructure that is required. We custom cut and wrap domestic animals, we process wild game, but our forte and true passion, is artisan and smoked meats.

We are a licensed retail meat and seafood market, and are also licensed to sell offsite. We have had great success at Farmers Markets around the state of Washington, which has helped to develop our client base.

We pride ourselves in the healthy aspect of our product. We are low fat (we take extra time to cut out all unnecessary fat from our primal cuts) low sodium, gluten free, no MSG , and we add no sugar to our products.

We are members of the Northwest Meat Processors Association, the American Association Meat Processors and the Better Business Bureau.  We belong to these organizations to continually further our education, and keep us abreast of the latest technologies available in food safety, and proper handling procedures for your health and wellness.
