Custom Processing
We offer custom processing for both domestic livestock and wild game, including beef, hogs, lamb, and more. Each order is cut, wrapped, and prepared to your specifications, giving you full control over how your meat is finished.
Bring us your animal, and we will handle the cutting, grinding, and wrapping with care and consistency. Once your processing date is scheduled, it is the owner’s responsibility to coordinate with any additional parties if the animal is being split. All cutting instructions should be submitted ahead of time to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Please note that minimum fees may apply depending on the animal and size, and timely pickup is required once your order is complete.Â
Down payments are refundable up to 2 months before processing.

Processing Options
Beef (Whole & Half)
Custom cut, wrap, and grind based on your preferences. Processing is typically priced per pound, with separate slaughter fees and deposits required for whole or half animals.
Quarter Beef
Quarter orders are available with limited cutting options compared to halves. For best value and flexibility, we recommend processing as a half and dividing afterward.
Hogs
Full customization from chops and roasts to bacon, ham, sausage, and specialty items. Options include fresh cuts, cured meats, and smoked products.
Lamb
Simple, flat-rate processing with a variety of chop, roast, and whole-cut options available.
Wild Game
We process wild game with fully customizable cutting options, including steaks, roasts, ground, sausage, jerky, and smoked products. Minimum weights may apply for specialty items.
Pricing
Whole/Half
Please be aware that we have a $720 minimum fee for animals weighing less than 600 pounds.
***Meat must be picked up within 3 days of notification, or a $10/day fee will be added***
- Whole Beef: $500.00 Down Payment required
- One Half Beef: $250.00 Down Payment required
- All Down Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Custom Cut – Wrap – Grind: $1.20/lb
- Disposal Fee: $.10/lb
- Slaughter Fee – per animal: Whole: $200 (+Tx)
- Slaughter Fee – per animal: Half: $100 (+Tx)
- Slaughter Fee – per animal: Quarter: $50 (+Tx)
- * 3.5% Fee for Credit Card use
Quarter
Please be aware that we have a $260 minimum fee for animals weighing less than 150 pounds.
***Meat must be picked up within 3 days of notification, or a $10/day fee will be added***
- One Quarter Beef: $260.00 Down Payment required
- All Down Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE
- Custom Cut – Wrap – Grind: $1.75/lb.
- Disposal Fee: $.10/lb.
- Slaughter Fee – per animal: Quarter: $50 (+Tx)
- * 3.5% Fee for Credit Card use
Hog
Please be aware that we have a $240 minimum fee.
