Will You Help Us Fill Out the Cut Sheet?

Will you process a Quarter of an Animal?
Yes, we charge an extra $.50 a lb. It is easier for us to split a half, so if you can split a half with a friend or family member to get your quarter, that is much preferred.
How long do you hang your animals?
10-14 days and we will notify you when your animal is ready for pickup. After the call and arranging your pick up day, any days meat is left with us after 3 days, you will be charged $10/day. The animal is considered surrendered to us, and HCM owns the meat if the meat is not picked up within 30 days.
Do you ship?
Yes! We ship anywhere in the US and use 2-Day Air. All orders are shipped on Mondays, so plan accordingly.
