Between keeping the meat shop running, caring for our working ranch, and enjoying time with our growing family of grandkids, life stays pretty busy around here!

To ensure we're available to give you the best service possible, we recommend giving us a quick call before heading out to the shop. That way, we can make sure someone is available to help you with your order and answer any questions you may have.

Order Fulfillment
We offer deliveries to all of Ellensburg as well as shipping in the US. See our online store for more information. Shipping is 2 Day air, and packages are scheduled to go out every Monday.
